Sunbelt C++ Builder 4 (SBC4) is a freeware.NET compiler for Win32 and
Cygwin. The SBC4 Free/Lib/Demo Edition also includes the Sunbelt
.NET Framework Compiler and includes 2 runtime redistributable
packages: the System.Data.dll and the System.Deployment.dll.
The original source code is freely distributable under the General
Public License (GPL).
